How long to ads last?

90 days, or until cancelled.  You can renew any time.

I have a business selling auto parts.  Can I advertise?

Can I have links to other sites in my listing?

Yes, to your personal site or informational sites.  If you’re linking to a business selling anything, you’ll need to pay for a (cheap) $5 business ad.

How do I complete the sale?

Once you agree on a price, you’ll need to complete the sale safely, using PayPal or another safe method.  Some suggestions are here. 

How does your private email system work?

It allows you to reply to ads without sharing your contact information.  The other person only sees that it’s from the Dog Rump Creek system – your identity is private.

What kinds of items can I post?

This site is intended for automotive, truck, marine, industrial and related items such as parts, cars, literature etc.  Imagine a real-world automotive swap meet.  If it’s out of place there, it’s out of place here. What in the world is Dog Rump Creek?

Hard to say, really... Long ago, about the turn of the century (the last one) there was a town by that name in the Northwest Territories, as these parts were known at that time. Seems a proper gentleman that had come to settle in the area didn't think it was a right name, even though it had been used since time immemorial.

Today, the town is called Stony Plain, but the spirit of Dog Rump Creek lives on.
